I charge a 80% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No refunds will be issued for any services. If, however, you are not satisfied with your service, please let me know within 24 hours of the initial appointment. At that time, a new appointment will be made in order to make any adjustments to the service. This will be at no cost to the client as long as it is a simple “fix” that will be under a monetary value of $25. If a client shows a new inspirational picture to me for a “re-do”, this will not suffice for an adjustment service. Before and after pictures of all clients will be taken to protect both the client and myself to ensure proof of service. By booking an appointment with me, the client fully agrees to these terms and conditions of working hand-in-hand with Gabriella at Hair Trigger Studios.
